Hotel Information
The JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa (23808 Resort Pkwy., San Antonio, TX 78261) is our host hotel for the conference. Rooms in the group block are priced at $334++ per night. Do NOT contact the hotel directly. Upon registration you will receive a registration confirmation email containing your unique link to submit your room reservation request. Your hotel room request will be submitted to the hotel and a confirmation number will be sent to you by email prior to the conference. When received, you will need to contact The JW Marriott Hill Country Resort to provide the credit card information required to complete your reservation. NOTE: Your hotel reservation request will not be submitted to the hotel until your registration status is confirmed. The submission of a room request does NOT guarantee you a room in the group block. It only guarantees that your reservation details will be placed in line for submission to the hotel in the order that both your request AND confirmed registration are received.
*Once (or if) the group room block fills to capacity and/or the group reservation deadline has passed, we will institute a wait list and the registration email confirmations will no longer include the hotel reservation request link. At that point rooms will only be provided to those on the wait list as they become available and will be provided on a space and rate-available basis.
