About the Online Seminar: (Eligible for 3.50 hours MCLE credit / 0.50 hours ethics.) This online/on-demand seminar was originally designed to offer board certified construction lawyers an opportunity to earn additional participatory CLE credit, while covering specific topics of interest, in order to help satisfy the increased number of MCLE hours required to maintain board certification. Other attorneys seeking additional MCLE credit and/or industry professionals interested in the topics presented are also welcome to register and attend.

GENERAL INFORMATION
How the On-Demand Seminar Works – The online purchase of either the full program or an individual session will automatically generate a confirmation email sent to the email address entered for that registration. The confirmation email will include a specific web link and access code you must enter to view the dedicated webpage for the program or session purchased. From that page you may view the session recording(s) and download or view the session materials provided. Note: Access details are personalized for each attendee/registrant and may not be shared.
Course Materials – A link to the PDF session materials/presentation slides will be provided on the dedicated web page for each session and/or the full program.
MCLE – This program has been approved for up to 3.50 hours credit (consisting of two 105 min sessions) and up to 0.50 ethics, which will apply towards MCLE, The College of the State Bar of Texas, and the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Construction Law, Real Estate Law and Civil Trial Law. You must attend all sessions to obtain full MCLE credit. Registrants will be provided instructions and the course number for filing their attendance credit on the dedicated web page(s) they access with their unique credentials after purchase.
Registration Fees – The registration fee is $225 per attendee for access to both sessions, or $150 per attendee for each session block purchased a la carte. These fees allow one person to access the program and claim CLE credit. Any additional attendees must register separately. Only registered participants may claim CLE credit. (PLEASE NOTE: Registration also includes access to the session materials as noted above.)
Cancellations and Refunds: Due to the nature of an on-demand program and the access that is granted upon purchase, no refunds will be given for this program once purchased.
