Hotel Information

The La Cantera Resort & Spa (16641 La Cantera Parkway, San Antonio, TX 78256) is our host hotel for the conference. Rooms in the group block are priced at $305++ per night. Do NOT contact the hotel directly. Upon registration you will receive a registration confirmation email containing your unique link to submit your room reservation request. Your hotel room request will be submitted to the hotel and a confirmation number will be sent to you by email prior to the conference. When received, you will need to contact The La Cantera Resort to provide the credit card information required to complete your reservation. NOTE: Your hotel reservation request will not be submitted to the hotel until your registration status is confirmed. The submission of a room request does NOT guarantee you a room in the group block. It only guarantees that your reservation details will be placed in line for submission to the hotel in the order that both your request AND confirmed registration are received.

*As of 5:00pm Central on December 12th, the group room block was filled to capacity with early-bird registrants and a wait list is now in effect for all hotel reservation requests with registrations submitted after that time. The status changes daily but once the group room block has filled to capacity and the wait list is maxed out, registration email confirmations will no longer include the hotel reservation link and rooms will only be provided on a space and rate-available basis.

If you plan to attend and do not secure a room at The La Cantera Resort, we encourage you to secure a reservation in a courtesy block at a nearby venue as soon as possible. Below are a few available courtesy blocks, reservation instructions and booking deadlines. Also note that additional parking areas are being made available at The La Cantera Resort during the conference to better accommodate drive-in attendance.
