Registration for the live webinar closes at 5:00pm Central on Tuesday, September 30th.
About the Webinar: (Eligible for 1.0 hours MCLE credit.) Join us for a live webinar that will explore the impact of tariffs on construction projects, focusing on how these costs might be allocated in construction contracts and how tariff risks and costs may play out in construction disputes. Our panel will discuss the legal framework surrounding tariffs, including who could ultimately bear the financial burden—contractors, subcontractors/suppliers, or owners. The discussion will provide attendees with strategies to minimize risk and effectively handle tariff-related issues in both contract drafting and dispute resolution.
